Badges

Access to the meeting will only be possible with your personal name badge. All participants are requested to wear their name badges throughout the congress.

All official prices are indicated in Euro (€). The official currency in the Netherlands is Euro (EUR). All major credit cards are accepted in most hotels, restaurants, and shops.

2-night stay and food including breakfast, lunches, dinners, coffee and social event are included in the registration fees.

Posters

Poster boards will be available with the respective numbers for the poster presentations. Posters should be displayed during the meeting. More information will be provided to the poster presenters.

Registration desk

Registration desk and your badges will be available throughout the meeting.

Visa

It is recommended to apply as early as possible for a visa as the application process can be time consuming. Before applying for your visa, please check the latest information on entry regulations for the Netherlands.
